Mickey Oates Motorcycles opened for business in 1961. The business was purchased by Jim Ferguson in 1982 and it is still a family owned business today. At present we hold franchises for Suzuki road bikes, Suzuki kids quads, also Kawasaki and Honda moto-x and fun bikes.

We have also added SYM Scooters to our range and this is proving to be a very popular addition, providing another quality product which provides cheap, affordable transportation in a world where getting from A to B quickly in a car is virtually impossible.

Over the years the accessory, parts and clothing side of our business has grown rapidly and as a result our selection is extensive. We stock everything you could require for road, moto-x and supermoto.

At Mickey Oates we believe motorcycling is a people thing, where a relationship is established between dealer and customer and we aim to provide the right mix of friendliness and professionalism to continue to achieve this for many years to come.

But it is not just the showroom and workshop that keeps us up to date with what's happening in the motorcycling world. We are heavily involved in motorcycling ourselves and are regular visitors to events up and down the country, either riding ourselves, proving support back or simply soaking up the atmosphere and leaving the hard work of racing to the racers. Our aim has never changed over the years, to offer you the customer the best deal without compromising on service.
